The Association of Consumer Rights Protection "Difesa
Consumatori e Contribuenti", with its many professionals in many fields, has good experience

During the last years our Consumers' Association worked a lot to give a global assistance in the Protection of Consumer Rights. We had some of the first Class Action about the Rubbish Emergency in Naples and the consumers legal Battle because of the Crack of the Parmalat and the Crack of the Argentinian Bonds.
In 2009 the Law "Bossi Fini" was reformed, this means that it has become more difficult for people and firms to settle dowm in Italy. Our Association of Consumer Rights Protection provides the professional assistance required by the reformed law.

The National Labour Agency has prepared many news from
the 1.1.2011. The
last laws has introduced the direct controls from the Agency that after 30
days become esecutive in the courts. It's important because in a month a
